Parent-Friendly Schools Standard Award Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that our school has been awarded the Parent-Friendly Schools Standard Award Accreditation, recognising our commitment to building strong, meaningful partnerships with parents and carers.

This prestigious accreditation was awarded following a rigorous assessment against 485 different criteria, evaluating the school's policies, procedures, and day-to-day practices relating to parent participation and engagement. The award confirms that our school demonstrates a high standard of collaboration with families and the wider school community.

The Parent-Friendly Schools accreditation programme is founded on five years of research undertaken in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University. As part of the accreditation, schools commit to ongoing development and continuous improvement in how they work alongside parents to support children's education and wellbeing.

Receiving this accreditation reflects the dedication of our staff, governors, parents, and carers in creating a welcoming and inclusive school environment where every family feels valued and involved in their child's learning journey.
