School Uniform & P.E. Kit

We encourage children to wear our school colours of purple and gold/yellow.

Uniform with a logo can be ordered directly with School Trends or uniform without a logo can be purchased in many stores.

ORDER SCHOOL UNIFORM

Second hand uniform can also be purchased periodically throughout the year through our Parent Teacher Association, called ‘FOTLS’ (Friends of the Lantern School). They have a stall available at our new to Reception parent information evening, as well as at least half termly at key school events or on the playground.

PE Kit

Our PE Kit is as follows:

• Black plimsolls/trainers – for outdoor PE
• White t-shirt
• Plain black or navy shorts

In winter, PE lessons may be outside so a plain tracksuit is recommended.

Pupils should have long hair tied back with hair friendly bands or cloth alice bands. 

Fringes will need to be clipped back where necessary so that they do not obstruct the eyes.

Pupils should not wear any jewellery in PE lessons.

NB: Please note the children do not require separate shoes for indoor PE as footwear is removed once in the hall.
